Workspace & usage
Paused Workspaces
Why a Workspace can be paused, what keeps working, and how to get it running again.
A paused Workspace keeps everything you set up, but its Agents stop working on its websites until it is running again. The Dashboard shows the paused screen instead of the Workspace's pages.
Why a Workspace is paused
The owner sees the reason at the top of the paused screen.
- Paused by MoraWP. MoraWP's team paused the Workspace. Its plan is unchanged.
- Blocked by MoraWP. MoraWP's team blocked the Workspace. It stays unusable until the team lifts the block.
- Payment due. A payment is past due and the grace period has ended.
- Plan ended. The plan was cancelled and its paid period has ended.
- No active plan. The Workspace's plan is not active. This can follow the end of a plan or a change made by MoraWP's team.
Members see only that the Workspace is unavailable. The reason stays with the owner.
While it's paused
| What happens | |
|---|---|
| Websites | Stay online. MoraWP does not take them down, and visitors notice nothing. |
| Agents | Requests to the Workspace are refused, so Agents cannot read or change its websites. |
| Everything you set up | Websites, Agent connections, Ability settings, members, and Activity are kept as they are. |
Other Workspaces in your account are not affected.
Get it running again
Email support@morawp.com from the owner's account and include the Workspace name. Online payment is not available yet, so MoraWP's team resolves the reason with you and turns the Workspace back on.
Once it is running again, your websites, Agents, and settings work exactly as before. You do not need to reconnect anything.
