Connect a website
Start in WordPress, approve in MoraWP, and see the website appear automatically.
Connect from WordPress
Press Connect in the plugin
Open the MoraWP Plugin on the WordPress website and press Connect. The plugin opens a MoraWP approval page in your browser.
Review the request
Sign in if needed, choose the workspace that should own the website, and check the website details before you approve.
Approve the website
Confirm the request. The website then appears under Websites in the Dashboard. There is no address or access key to enter manually.
The website may need a moment to report its first status. Use Check now from
the website details when you want MoraWP to refresh the connection.
Website access
Approving the request lets MoraWP create a dedicated WordPress Application Password for this website.
- It is stored encrypted and never shown again.
- Only MoraWP uses it, for the website abilities you turn on.
- No agent can use the website until you give that agent access.
- Disconnecting in the plugin, or removing the website from its workspace, ends MoraWP access immediately.
When the website is ready, connect an Agent.
