Grok
Use this guide for Grok web. The terminal product has a separate Grok Build guide.
Add MoraWP in the web interface
- Open Grok's connection settings.
- Choose New Connector → Custom.
- Name the service MoraWP and enter
https://api.morawp.com/mcp. - Continue through browser authentication. Do not add a static Authorization header.
Grok calls these external services “connectors.” Your account or organization must allow custom services.
Desktop and mobile
Set up the remote service using the web controls above. Do not assume a desktop or mobile session has enabled it just because web setup succeeded: check that MoraWP is available in that conversation. If the app does not offer the custom service, use Grok web. There is no local server command to install for MoraWP.
If it does not work
If custom connections are blocked, check the Grok account's controls. If the service is listed but not authenticated, finish its sign-in before retrying a tool.
Approve and check access
First connect a WordPress website in MoraWP. When the client opens sign-in, review the Workspace, websites, and Ability access before approving. Read only limits changes; enabled Integrations may still expose private fields. No static Agent key is needed.
In a new session with MoraWP enabled, ask:
Use MoraWP to list the websites this connection can access.
Do not create, edit, delete, or publish anything.
Check: the intended website appears. Then read one page to check WordPress access. A configured server alone is not proof of a working read.
For missing tools, see Missing Abilities. To stop access, disconnect the Agent in MoraWP and remove its local server entry. Local removal alone is not MoraWP revocation.
