Use MoraWP
Access modes
Understand how Workspace, website, and Agent settings combine.
An Agent can use an Ability only when all the applicable rules allow it. Changing one setting does not bypass the others.
Three places to check
- Workspace: open Abilities and choose Manage on the relevant Toolkit. Enable the individual Abilities you need.
- Website: check whether it follows Workspace configuration or has its own narrower selection.
- Agent: use Manage access to review its websites, Ability mode, and allowed groups.
Agent modes
- Read only: reads only; high-impact operations remain excluded.
- Recommended: reads and ordinary changes, excluding high-impact operations.
- Everything allowed: all operations permitted by the Workspace, website, and other access rules.
- Chosen groups: restricts the Agent to selected Ability groups. This option is available in connection management, rather than initial approval.
Full access and Custom are Workspace configuration labels; do not confuse them with the Agent mode labels above.
A setting change is not a reconnection
Access is checked when requests run. You do not need to reconnect the AI app merely to apply narrower access. If it keeps showing old tools, refresh its tool list or start a new conversation, then inspect the website's current Abilities.
A member may restrict another member's Agent connection, but only its owner can expand its access.
Read only limits changes, not the data returned by enabled Integrations. Their reads can include private settings, credentials, and other sensitive fields.
See High-impact Abilities for explicit enablement and Access denied for refusals.
