Workspaces

Keep websites, Agent access, and usage in the right Workspace.

A Workspace groups websites, Agent connections, Abilities, members, and its own usage allowance. Use the Workspace selector before connecting a website, approving an Agent, or reviewing Activity.

Separate usage and access

Each Workspace has its own plan, resource limits, and AI Actions meter. Usage is not pooled across all the Workspaces in an account. An Agent approved for one Workspace does not gain access to the others.

Your original Workspace retains the account's Free eligibility. Upgrading it does not free up another Free slot. Additional Workspaces need their own paid access; changing plans does not reset the existing usage meter.

Owners and members

The owner manages billing, invitations, and membership. Members can work with websites, Agents, and Abilities within their permissions. A member seeing a limit should contact the owner rather than assuming they can change the Workspace's plan.

When something appears to be missing

First check the selected Workspace, then the Agent's website access. The same website being visible in the Dashboard does not mean every Agent can use it.
