Requirements
WordPress website
- WordPress 6.2 or later and PHP 7.4 or later, as declared by the MoraWP Plugin.
- A WordPress administrator account to install and connect the plugin.
- A working HTTPS address with a valid certificate. WordPress must recognize the request as secure.
- WordPress REST API and outbound HTTPS requests available to the MoraWP Gateway.
Behind a proxy, an https:// address alone is not enough: WordPress must receive the correct secure-request information from your trusted proxy. Ask your host to fix HTTPS detection if the plugin reports HTTPS is not recognized. Do not disable certificate verification or remove your site's security controls to get connected.
MoraWP and your AI app
Use the Workspace where this website belongs. Its website and Agent limits must have room for the new connections. For a shared Workspace, ask its owner about available capacity.
Choose an app that can connect to MoraWP's remote MCP server using browser OAuth. Follow its individual setup guide; desktop, web, IDE, and CLI features can differ. A working website connection does not automatically give an Agent access.
Before the first read
Use a page you can recognize in WordPress. Keep the Agent in Read only mode and allow only the website you want it to use. Read-only access can still expose private Integration data.
